Our Service Pricing.

We currently charge $100 per service hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour, we bill service in 30 minute increments, rounding down charges under 15 min and rounding up for charges 15  minutes and above.

Our technician will give a best estimate of the time the service will take prior to starting the job; however, service time may vary dependent upon services being preformed and anything additional that may arise during the service call.

We offer after hours service for no additional charge by appointment, weekends included. 

​

For same day emergency service after hours or weekends, there may be an additional $100 ER fee applied to total due. If in need of ER service, please call 206.569.8696.

We order parts directly from brand distributors. Machine part prices vary dependent upon the needs of your service call. Our technician will give part recommendations and cost estimate prior to ordering recommended parts.

Parts will be ordered and installed within a timely manner, with the exception of parts on back order by a vendor. 

Our travel fee is $60 for any location within Seattle city limits. 

When our technician travels outside Seattle city limits, the travel fee increases to $80. An additional $20 will be added to service calls 50 miles or more from Seattle city limits. 

Customers will only be charged one travel fee per service call. Additional travel due to return part installation or return service pertaining to initial service call will not be charged travel.

**With exception to locations outside 50 mile radius of Seattle city limits, $50 return travel will be charged.

TwoDogs is proud to offer a Preventative Maintenance Package to keep your equipment in pristine condition.

How does the package work?

​

Once enrolled, our technician will preform an initial visit for a "meet & greet" and inspect all cafe equipment  to give you a cost estimate for both minor & major preventative maintenance services.  After the initial visit, we will contact you to set up and preform the first preventative maintenance service appointment, as well as schedule future PM service appointments for every 4-6 months depending on your unique cafe needs. PM service will alternate between minor and major preventative maintenance every 4-6 months.

What does the PM Package Cost?

​

$100 Package Enrollment & initial inspection charge, one time enrollment fee, includes travel. Initial inspection includes cafe "meet & greet" visit and full equipment inspection.

Both minor and major PM services are unique to each cafe; therefore, our technician will give transparent cost estimates for each PM service so that you can feel confident in what charges to expect for your routinely scheduled maintenance. Preventative Maintenance cost include hours of service, travel, as well as parts. 

​

Customers enrolled in the Preventative Maintenance Package will receive 10% off every PM service as well as 5% off all other service calls. 

​
